Yes. While our base is Glasgow, we deliver across the full United Kingdom and have completed engagements in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We work both on-site and remotely, depending on the engagement requirements. For certain training delivery formats, on-site facilitation is available at an agreed day rate inclusive of travel to any UK location.
This depends entirely on the service module and scope. A focused instructional design project for a single e-learning module may complete in four to six weeks. A full EdTech platform implementation for a large organisation may run for six to twelve months. We do not compress timelines to win engagements — we propose realistic delivery periods based on the genuine complexity of the conditions we find.
Fully. Bovingdon-Gray does not accept referral fees, reseller commissions or incentive arrangements from any EdTech vendor. Our procurement advisory is based exclusively on the client's defined requirements and the actual capability of available platforms. This independence is a structural element of our model — not a marketing claim.
We have delivered engagements across financial services, healthcare and continuing professional development, the public sector, technology companies, professional services firms and EdTech ventures. Our work is governed by the complexity and precision of the learning condition — not by industry familiarity alone. We will tell you if an engagement is outside our proven competency before accepting the brief.
All engagements are priced on a fixed-scope basis following discovery. We do not use time-and-materials billing as a default because it creates misaligned incentives. Advisory and consulting-only engagements may be structured as day rate arrangements where scope genuinely cannot be fixed in advance. Pricing is discussed openly after the initial conditions assessment — there is no discovery fee for standard engagements.
Core delivery is always carried out by Bovingdon-Gray consultants. For certain highly specialised technical development tasks, we may engage specialist contractors under direct supervision — but the instructional, design and strategic elements of every engagement are delivered by our own team. If a project requires resource beyond our current capacity, we will tell you before signing the contract rather than after.
